Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 September 2026

These personal automation tools ("the Tools") are operated by a single private individual for their own use only. There are no other users, no sign-up, and no commercial service.

What data is accessed

When authorised by the operator, the Tools access the operator's own Google account data through the Google APIs:

How the data is used

Data is processed only on the operator's own devices, at the moment a command is run, to carry out the task requested — for example listing appointments or preparing an email draft. No data from any other person's Google account is ever accessed.

Storage and retention

The Tools operate no server and no database. Google account content is held in memory for the duration of a command and is not retained afterwards. The only persistent items are the OAuth credentials themselves, stored encrypted in the operator's own user profile on local hardware.

Sharing

No data is sold, shared, transferred, or disclosed to any third party. No advertising, no analytics, no tracking. Data is not used to train any machine learning model.

Limited Use disclosure

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately invalidates the stored credentials.
